Would I have to sign up to a contract?

For all services we provide, a contract is put in place. This covers everyone and provides transparency in our services. Unless pre-agreed, all services are provided at an hourly fee, and all contracts are subject to a 30-day notice period, meaning that if circumstances change, there are no difficult conversations to be had. This also means that the budget is in your hands.
What if my needs change?

As we cover all office management tasks, we can be adaptive and flexible to your needs. Focusing on the area of need at that time, aligning with your strategic plan and moving your organisation forward.
Will I have to deal with multiple people?

No, you will be allocated one key person who will be your regular contact, and they will then select the best people within the team with the correct strengths for the work that needs to be completed.
How often will I have contact with Virtue Virtual Assistance?

This all depends on the agreement and the requirements for your role, and will be discussed with you. We normally 'check in' every week either by email, phone, teams or whatsapp so we can keep on track with all your needs.
When can we start?

Normally as soon as possible, once we have chatted, we will discuss the best person to be your key person and after introductions we can set a start date. Meaning we can be there for planned work or emergencies.
